Bone Sled for Luthiers

Introducing the Bone Sled—a 3D-printed tool designed specifically for luthiers to precisely thickness nut and saddle blanks. This model is designed to clamp securely to your sander’s table, giving you excellent stability and control during sanding.

It includes a precision spacer to help align your blanks perfectly, and the clamping section of the base allows for easy, rock-solid attachment to your sander.

Custom Fit Available:
Want an even better fit? If you provide a few quick measurements (sandpaper-to-slot distance, slot width, and slot depth using calipers), we’ll include a custom spacer made just for your disc sander at no extra charge!
(Providing measurements is totally optional — if none are sent, the standard spacer will be included.)
